I just found out - You MUST logout and then login AGAIN. If you want the vote to count, otherwise it makes no difference. You can logout/login/vote as many times as you want.

BUT

YOU MUST LOGOUT AND THEN LOGIN AGAIN

FOR THE VOTE TO COUNT.
