I am myself a law student in a western country and I can say that the process here is much more quicker. It all goes in one take.

I have researched about indian judicial system and I am completely confused, a case can take several years and you can go to jail for sometime then get out of jail then go back to jail. The propose of a punishment is not to make it as luxurious as possible for the criminal it's about giving the criminal the amount of punishment for his committed act.

I dont know if it is fair to compare the working environment here in western countries.
my dad is part of it...he tells how many cases they hear each day and so many people are dealt with.police and lawyers(pp) work more than can but the nature of our population is like work is never ending.
Still cases remain pending. a case remains in files when no one shows up.

But in some cases(esp in mumbai) due to influential ppl cases get delayed and it comes in news.
This case(mumbai blast) is biggest case in terms of accused and people involved, so how much teh people involved must be careful  that justice must not be denied as well as no innocent must be punished.

yes it is confusing and more that that difficult for the people living it.

KRK tweets LOL

Punishment to Sanjay Dutt will effect the cases of Salman Khan in big way so Salman Bhai should be extra careful n take right decision.

Technically tday is last day of acting career of Sanjay Dutt. He will be around 60yrs when he will be released so then he will be politician

Evrybody has 2accept verdict of Suprem Court but i think Sanju has alrdy got enough punishment. Now he is paying pric of his celbrity status

Sanjay Dutt got 5 yrs jail means he has to be in jail for almost 3 Yrs more. It's really bad news 4 Dutt family. My sympathy with the family

All these celebrities have their own skeletons in the closet. It is better to band together when one is in trouble than be left alone and an open target when and if their turn comes

He was accused for illegal possession of AK47 guns and also was named as one of the accused in 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts.
