I'm not too sure but the first serial that I was obsessed with and never missed an episode of has to be Kitani Mohabbat Hai 1

I watched yeh rishta kya kehlata hai and pavitra rishta but not much.
The first show I religiously watched and loved was iss pyaar ko kya naam doon.
Love arshi and sarun!!!
