They probably didnt plan for it properly and just haphazardly put it together.
But judging based on your little update, it's doesn't sound that great. Well, so far at least. I'm hoping there's a part where the narrator (is there supposed to be one?) just talks about the past and relive old memories and stuff like that

Highly disappointed on how the channel used ArMan and ArVi to promote the special (saw on a graphic) and so far, there's nothing. What a great way to get views
