I am uttery aghast at the disclosures of counter spies/moles in IB and the R&AW? What is the surveillance mechanism of these agencies and Govt doing?
Black sheep like Major Rabinder Singh have reportedly fleed to US and others allegedly in the scorched list include Amar Bhushan, Coomar Narain & to the more recently besmirched Brigadier U Dasgupta to name a few.

Also How does the new 'host country' trust someone who has betrayed the home country? And what does it gain by keeping 'such people'?
