Koi blooper nahin hai. It is the cloth she keeps in her scooty which she uses to protect her face from the sun while driving. Navika was wearing the same polka dotted cloth on her face when she bumped into Beera and broke the second TV. Its quite possible that she tore a piece out of that and put it on Mohan's wrist !!!
