HT[M]-Soumyas Bachchan connection

Soumya Seth couldn't be happier about her connect with the Bachchans. She was the eponymous lead in the show called Nayya. Now, in Khubsoorat, she's playing a character called Aaradhya. "Navya is Shveta Bachchan Nanda's daughter's name and Aaradhya is Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan's daughter's name. I feel lucky to have the names of both granddaughters of Amitabh Bachchan."

Soumya didn't connect the name Aaradhya with the Bachchans instantly, but it struck her after a while. Says Soumya about her character, "In Navya I spoke once in five scenes but in Khubsoorat, I talk nonstop and hardly have a quiet moment. My character is a vivacious, bubbly girl so the feeling is superb. I don't even talk as much in real life."
