Can u please tell me , has Madhav had those spots on his face since childhood?

Is this something that can be corrected with surgery or will he always remain like that?

Errrm.

Well he's just supposed to be ugly, so they've added spots and all that. There's been no medical diagnosis about his appearance yet.

That would defy the original concept of the show. The makers are trying to convey how beauty is held by the eyes of the beholder; meaning Aaradhya has to find out that Madhav's true beauty is in his heart, not face.

Getting him a makeover would kinda kill that concept.
