I think its an accident too.

And like a few people here I also feel she was trying to escape from Daksh. I think on Wed or Thurs he may try to take her out alone with him again. 😔

May be it's something else. CVs ko kuch alag sochna chahiye. Why always accident?

Actually it is Ashu's trick.😉 He might have thought that, he used to be busy in surgeries and in invisible management meetings, with all these new headache Divya deviji. So, when he will be bound by his duty then this foxy will be free to chase Nidhi. So, he used Khushi's oil spilling trick on Nidhi & made her patient in KGH in same cabin with Divya so that when he himself will be busy then manhater Divya will take care of Foxy.
