Recently,India's most well-known film script-writer Salim Khan  (actor SalmaanKhan's father) has said to a senior journalist in an interview: "Does anyone remember who the chief minister of Maharashtra was during the Mumbai riots which were no less deadly than the Gujarat  riots of 2002?

Does anyone recall the name of the chief minister of UP during  Malliana and Meerut riots or that of the Bihar CM when the
Bhagalpur  or Jamshedpur riots under Congress regimes took place?

Do we hear names of earlier chief ministers of Gujarat under whose charge, hundreds of riots took place in post-Independence India?

Does anyone remember who was in-charge of Delhi's security when  the 1984 massacre of Sikhs took place in the capital of
India?

How come Narendra Modi has been singled out as the Devil Incarnate as if he personally carried out all the killings during the riots of 2002?"
No speck of doubt about what Salim Khan has said. When one says Gujarat's agriculture growth is 10-11% since
whole  last decade The other says 2002 Riots!

When one says he made the Asia's biggest solar plant, The other says 2002 Riots!

When one says Gujarat is the only state in the whole of India to provide 24*7 and 365 days electricity to almost all of its 18,000 villages, The other says 2002 Riots!

When one says - World Bank's statement of 2011 said,Gujarat  roads are equivalent to international standards, The
other says 2002 Riots!

When one says Gujarat is the first State in country to have high speed wireless Broadband service in its all 18,000 villages, The other says 2002 Riots!

When one says Forbes Magazine rated Ahmadabad as the fastest growing city in India and 3rd in the world, The other says 2002 Riots!

When one says Gujarat Tourism is growing faster than ever before, The other says 2002 Riots!

When one says according to central govt's Labour Bureau's  report, Gujarat has the lowest unemployment rate in country,The
other says2002 Riots!

When Narendra Modi is being chosen as the best current Indian leader in almost all surveys & polls again and again The other says 2002 Riots!

When one says 2003-2013 are the only 10 straight years in Gujarat history which
are totally riot-free, The other STILL says 2002 Riots!

But when we remind them about riots which occurred during  Congress and in Communist Party rule :

1947 Bengal.5,000 to 10,000 DEAD.CONGRESS RULE.

1964 Rourkela...2,000.DEAD..CONGRESS RULE.

1967 Ranchi.200...DEADCONGRESS RULE.

1969 Ahmedabad.512.DEADCONGRESS RULE.

1970 Bhiwandi.80DEAD.CONGRESS RULE.

1979 Jamshedpur 125 DEAD CPIM RULE (COMMUNIST PARTY)

1980 Moradabad 2,000 DEAD CONGRESS RULE.

1983 Nellie,Assam.5,000.DEADCONGRESS RULE.

1984 anti-Sikh Delhi.2,733..DEADCONGRESS RULE

1984 Bhiwandi.146.DEAD.CONGRESS RULE

1985 Gujarat..300.DEAD.CONGRESS RULE

1986 Ahmedabad.59...DEAD..CONGRESs RULE

1987 Meerut...81.DEAD.CONGRESS RULE

1989 Bhagalpur.1,070.DEAD CONGRESS RULE

1990 Hyderabad.300 PLUS DEAD CONGRESS RULE

1992 Mumbai 900 TO 2000 DEAD CONGRESS RULE

1992 Aligarh 176 DEAD CONGRESS RULE

1992 Surat 175 DEAD CONGRESS RULE
They have become totally deaf because they have no
answer.
Congress is a government of hypocrites. *

The youth of India says We are not interested in 2002, we are interested in 2022*

                                Reduce Risks of Falling

Increased Risk of Fall Accident Begins at Age 40 by: Junji Takano

One of the main health concerns of elderly people is falling, which is often related to poor balance. In fact, many studies show that people begin to have balance problems starting at the age of 40 years. The older you get, the weaker your physical body and sensory abilities will be, which are all factors in having poor balance.

In Japan, more than 7,000 people a year die from falling accidents, which already exceeds the number of traffic accidents.
In this article, we'll examine in more details the cause of falling and why you lose balance as you age.

# Test Your Balance by Standing on One Leg
You can determine how good your balance is by measuring the length of time that you can stand on one leg.

The following table shows the average balance time by age group in a study conducted at a Japanese health institute.
Average time with eyes open
20-39 years old: 110 seconds
40-49: 64 seconds
50-59: 36 seconds
60-69: 25 seconds

Average time with eyes closed
20-39 years old: 12 seconds
40-49: 7 seconds
50-59: 5 seconds
60-69: less than 3 seconds

If your balance time is below average, then you'll have higher risk of falls, or slipping and tripping accidents.

In the above study, women tend to lose their balance more than men but only by a small margin (1-2%). From this study, it is also evident that there's a sudden significant decrease in the ability to maintain balance among middle-aged people (40 years and above).
Please take note that the numbers stated above are only average. There are people who were able to maintain balance much longer, and there are also those who were only able to maintain their balance at much shorter time regardless of age and gender. The reason why they vary is explained further below.

# The Soles of Your Feet Have Sensors
The skins all throughout your body have significant amount of tiny pressure sensors or mechanoreceptors. Some areas have few pressure sensors, while other areas have thousands, like on the soles of your feet.

The pressure sensors on the foot soles provide information to your brain to help balance your body. As you get older, the sensors will get weaker and your foot sole lose sensitivity. But there are also other factors that can lead to weaker pressure sensors.

# Poor Blood Circulation Can Disrupt the Pressure Sensors
In our study, people are almost twice as likely to be in a fall accident caused by poor blood circulation.
This can be simulated by soaking your feet into ice cold water for about 3 minutes. Because of the cold temperature, the pressure sensors on the foot sole begin to lose sensitivity.

# Pay Attention to Your Forward-Moving Foot
If your forward-moving foot hit something, your body will be off-balance causing you to fall or trip.
Well, it's a matter of common sense to always have your eyes on path and watch where you are going. Remember the old adages - "Prevention is better than cure", "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure", "Look before you leap", etc.?
But that's not the only problem. Here are the other two major reasons why you stumble while walking.
1. Your forward-moving foot is pointed down.
If your foot is pointed down while making a step, then you are more prone to falling. To avoid this, your forefoot or toes should be flexed upwards as shown on the image below.

2. You walk like a pendulum.
The height of your step can greatly increase your risk of falling. To prevent this, your forward-moving foot must be higher off the ground (at least 5 cm) while the knee is raised high as shown on the image below.

Actually, all the mechanoreceptors located throughout your body as well as the soles of your feet are sending information to the brain that include muscle contractions and joint angles.
When this information is not transmitted well to your brain, which happens as you get older, then the movement will get weak or ineffective making it hard for you to maintain your foot higher off the ground.

## How to Prevent Yourself from a Fall, Trip, or Slip
1. Keep Your House Clean
There are a lot of things in your house that can contribute to clutters that can cause you to trip or fall. Always make sure to put away or store properly all personal belongings and other unnecessary things even if it is only a newspaper, remote control, and laundries scattered on the floor or carpet.

2. Stretch Your Feet and Ankles
You might think that your feet do not need exercise or stretching compared to other parts of your body, but in reality, feet stretching exercise can really help your feet maintain balance.

3. Keep Your House Warm and Ensure Adequate Lighting
Cold muscles and pressure sensors work less well and are less responsive to signals. A decreased temperature will also cause your muscles to have less strength and less flexible, which can lead to accidents.
Always try to keep your house warm or wear proper clothes and footwear, especially during winter. Since most falls occur indoors, make sure your house has adequate lighting.

              Airline Lunch

I put my carry-on in the luggage compartment and sat down in my
assigned seat. It was going to be a long flight from Gatwick. I'm glad
I have a good book to read Perhaps I will get a short sleep,' I
thought.

Just before take-off, a line of British Army Youngsters came down the
aisle and filled all the vacant seats, totally surrounding me. I
decided to start a conversation. 'Where are you blokes headed?' I
asked the young man seated nearest to me. 'Cyprus. We'll be there for
two weeks for special training, and then we're being deployed to
Afghanistan.

... After flying for about an hour, an announcement was made that
lunches were available for five pounds. It would be several hours
before we reached Cyprus, and I quickly decided a lunch would help
pass the time. As I reached for my wallet, I overheard a soldier ask
his mate if he planned to buy lunch. 'No, that seems like a lot of
money for just an airline lunch. Probably wouldn't be worth five Quid.
I'll wait till we get to Cyprus'. His mate agreed.

I looked around at the other soldiers. None were buying lunch. I
walked to the back of the plane and handed the flight attendant a
fifty Pound note. 'Take a lunch to all those soldiers..' She grabbed
my arms and squeezed tightly. Her eyes wet with tears, she thanked me.
'My young bloke was a soldier in Iraq, it's almost like you are doing
it for him..'
Picking up ten lunchboxes, she headed up the aisle to where the boys
were seated. She stopped at my seat and asked, 'Which do you like best
- beef or chicken?'

'Chicken,' I replied, wondering why she asked..

She turned and went to the front of plane, returning a minute later
with a dinner plate from first class. This is your thanks.

After we finished eating, I went again to the back of the plane,
heading for the rest room. An old bloke stopped me. 'I saw what you
did. I want to be part of it. Here, take this.' He handed me
twenty-five Pounds.

Soon after I returned to my seat, I saw the Captain coming down the
aisle, looking at the aisle numbers as he walked, I hoped he wasn't
looking for me, but noticed he was looking at the numbers only on my
side of the plane. When he got to my row he stopped, smiled, held out
his hand, and said, 'I want to shake your hand.'

Quickly unfastening my seat-belt I stood and took the Captain's hand.
With a booming voice he said, 'I was an army pilot a long time back.
Once someone bought me lunch. It was an act of kindness I never
forgot.' I was embarrassed when applause was heard from all of the
passengers.

Later I walked to the front of the plane so I could stretch my legs. A
kid who looked about 18 was sitting about six rows in front of me
reached out his hand, wanting to shake mine. He left another
twenty-five Pounds In my palm.

When we landed I gathered my belongings and started to depart. Waiting
just inside the aeroplane door was a man who stopped me, put something
in my shirt pocket, turned, and walked away without saying a word.
Another twenty-five Pounds!

Upon entering the terminal, I saw the soldiers gathering for their
Trip up to their training area.. I walked over to them and handed them
seventy-five Pounds. 'It will take you some time to reach your
training area. It will be about time for a sandwich. God Bless You
Blokes.'

Ten young blokes left that flight feeling the love and respect of
their fellow Brits. As I walked briskly to my car, I whispered a
prayer for their safe return. These soldiers were giving their all for
our country. I could only give them a couple of meals. It seemed so
little...

An Indian Serviceman is someone who, at one point in his life,
wrote a blank cheque made payable to 'My Country' for an amount of 'up to and including my life.'  That is
Honour, and there are way too many  in this country who

Commandment 1
Marriages are made in heaven.
But then again, so is thunder and lightning.

Commandment 2
If you want your wife to listen and pay strict attention to every word you say, talk in your sleep.

Commandment 3
Marriage is grand -- and divorce is at least a 100 grand!

Commandment 4
Married life is very frustrating.
In the first year of marriage, the man speaks and the woman listens.
In the second year, the woman speaks and the man listens.
In the third year, they both speak and the neighbors listen.

Commandment 5
When a man opens the door of his car for his wife, you can be sure of one thing: Either the car is new or the wife is.

Commandment 6
Marriage is when a man and woman become as one;
The trouble starts when they try to decide which one.

Commandment 7
Before marriage, a man will lie awake all night thinking about something you said .  After marriage, he will fall asleep before you finish.

Commandment 8
Every man wants a wife who is beautiful, understanding, economical, and a good cook. But the law allows only one wife.

Commandment 9
Marriage and love are purely a matter of chemistry.
That is why one treats the other like toxic waste.

Commandment 10
A man is incomplete until he is married. After that, he is finished.

A long married couple came upon a wishing well. The wife leaned over, made a wish and threw in a coin
The husband decided to make a wish too. But he leaned over too much, fell into the well, and drowned.
The wife was stunned for a moment, but then smiled, 'It really works!'

This happened in the 1940s, during British rule.

The Maharaja of Mysore asked about the price of a Rolls Royce car
while on a visit to London.

He was snubbed by the sales staff who didn t know who he was.

On return to India, the Maharaja imported a Rolls Royce through
government channels and used it for garbage collection in the Mysore
palace garden!

The Times of London carried a front-page report with a striking
photograph of the Rolls full of garbage.

Shocked, the Rolls Royce people pleaded with the Maharaja not to
damage the prestige of their car.

They offered to buy his Rolls back at a higher price! Replied the
Maharaja, "Rolls Royce is ideal for garbage collection.

In fact, I would like to buy two more from you, as my palace generates
a lot of garbage.

The price is immaterial.

" It is said that ever since, any Indian who visits the Rolls Royce
plant in London is treated like a Maharaja -- the staff are scared he
may turn out to be one!
