My friend is suffering from ageing problems. She appears too old for her age. Is there any skin solution I can suggest her?

Hey, you didn't mention if it's only the facial skin that looks old and wrinkled or is it the skin on the body too. For facial skin, she should consult a dermatologist who can suggest some vitamin supplements and other skincare treatments. Skin appears old, wrinkled and lustre-less because of poor diet. Remember, foods give us essential oils and fats that make our skin look lustruous. Ask her to start taking some ghee and oil in her diet. Also, she can rub malai with turmeric or coconut oil on her skin. Coconut penetrates deep into the skin making it look nourished and glowing. She can also use parachute advansed body lotion with coconut oil/milk extracts. Basically the same thing without the greasiness of oil.
