I agree about limited options for vegeterian people. Thats why I don't really make a fuss about food when I am guest anywhere. I enjoy veg nonveg equally.
BTW my grandma is vegeterian for last 40 yrs. and a veggie in bong means she doesnt even touch onion or masoor daal. But when we were kids she had no qualms cooking non veg for us. I guess again its to each his own. But I generally do not like the idea how nowadays people project having non veg food== ghor paap. 😆
I have seen so many of my Indian friends come and comment fish is veg for you guys and I had to politely reply, if I really want to have "proper veg food", you cannot cook it because you are not allowed to put onion in it.
