Yes! with Sridevi. Had a cute song in there, which i wanted to listen to. Bugged the daylights out of me, as i couldn't figure out the name of the film

I remember that SRK dies within 15 mins of the movie and Sri pulls together a team of ex-army to take revenge. Included Loha Singh, Mr Bajaj, Kishenwa and Ashok Saraf
