I noticed two huge boils on Arjun's neck in that final confronation in the temple scene. They were quite big & looked painful

Kya hua hoga Sweetooo ko?

Hope its not some shooting injury

He is in the maroon shirt inside the temple confronting Bhola about his crime.Its actually very clear.I hope its nothing
