Cinnamon can help with weight loss for several reasons:

I just boil water and add cinnamon powder to it,stir it after simmering the fire,,,and drink it before break fast and before sleeping at night...
I have been using this as my drinking water for last one month and doing some walking exercise...
Eventhough i didn't notice any difference..just a relaxation of my stiff joints..and reduction of pimples/acne on my face..,everybody else ask me what i'm doing to reduce my weight...I just wonder..whether it is the effect of Cinnamon powder...Ahaaa..then...I want to share it with you...Just try it..
