@ L... lucifer never went away easily at all... sam became mental... with lucifer's hallucinations... it was due to cass's sacrifice that he transfered sam's mental state to himself leaving sam lucifer free..  thats why i like cass..  he tried to undo all the bad things he had done by redeeming himself like this and spending more time in purgatory

@L - I agree with you there.. I mean it's virtually impossible not to have fights/arguments between two brothers, but I just don't want it to be dragged one episode after another.
