Maybe some issue nanhi cannot understand or something that cannot be shared with her, so MM keep it a secret.

Otherwise scenario will be that MM separated - Megha / nanhi both hate mohan. Though i think this is the most probable one. But many expect MM together, so MM separated only because of nanhi's MU was easy one to deal with for us.

Tab toh mujhe lagtha hai megha / nanhi both hate mohan. Actually i think this is the most probable one.

But woh main issue/MU kis waijase hai, iss pe depend kartha hai sab kuch.
