KC finishes tying and goes to get stamp.. The person in-charge refuses.. he mouths some dialogue and is finally able to get it... Next is Magistrate's sign...

Magistrate leaves in car... KC runs behind... He asks for the car to be stopped... The car gets stopped...

After some persuation Magistrate signs...
