I don't know. But the way I react depends on the situation. The important thing to do is consider and evaluate the content of the negative ideas, because sometimes there is truth in negativity as well. After doing so, if you find the negativity to be completely baseless, then you have to respond strategically.

I'm no psychologist, but basically, I see consciousness as being aware, while sub-consciousness is when your brain is aware, but you are not Confused . I don't know what super-conscious is.
