Thanks for posting the promo. Seems like Kalyani will be troubled by Padma after the marriage. But Kalyani is smart, it will be interestring to watch.

Lol, Though I hate Padma, I somehow accept that she is far better than this GW and Bhu(atleast as of now, we cant say her behaviour after K's entry into her house, lolz). She has come down to K's mother asking for Kalyani for her son's sake eventhough it is done forcefully. She could have been a bad step mum to Thulasi, but never failed to be a good mother, 90/10 good/bad wife to MM(she didnt care abt MM only for the sake of pavithra then too), A typical selfish mother/wife. But she had been true atleast in this case unlike Bhu (selfish only about her), GW(not even true to her own kids ).

But still we need to see how padma is gg to turn tricky or gg to be the same openly bashing Kalyani/family. Anyways this track will pick somehow I guess as far as Mohan doesnt change - Thendral's trend has become so - Married guys loose job/family and become stupid all of a sudden,lol. So lets wait and see..

Agreed Mary Anne. Kalyani's saree was worn by Deepa. That is one ugly looking saree and matching blouse.

But the same kind was worn in other serials as well. So my mum was wondering if this is some kind of ritual or culture or something. Why this checked red saree?

Anyone got a clue?

Very good promo and Kalyani looks very pretty in that wedding shot .

I agree Shubba akka.. Padma is better than GW.. at least she is accepting Kal for Mohan's sake.. But GW doesn't even care for TA in such cases.. Angry

its traditional saree caryn wore at the time of tying thaali...and i think every ppl follow diff ones according to their culture wrt saree... But idk which one K follows lol, prob some custom he is familiar with..

This red checked saree and white blouse is the traditional marriage attire in certain communities in southern TN.
