In a recent article he had said aamir and table no 21 were successful and it was break even for shaitan.

It could have done better and been successful. It was a nice thriller.

Reasons it did not do too well...
1. There was so much of kalki and her drowning and screaming. There was so much focus on her. It pays to be the producer's wife.
2. Arivind mathur's wife was not at all good. There was no spark at all and she had only one expression. It pays to be the directors's girl friend.
3. But the biggest reason it did not do as well as it could have done is because they did not give more scenes to the cop. It would have paid offSmile

A TV report said B nambiar's david is a mega flop.
Table no 21 was one of the 7 or 8 successful films (average hit) out of 40 released in the first quarter. It was made on a budget of 7 cr and earned 13 cr.

Crucified Laid behind the stone

HE lived to die rejected and alone Like a rose trampled on the ground

HE took the fall and thought of me Above all

"There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.  We love because HE first loved us".

Love so amazing, so divine, Demands my soul, my life, my all.

"Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here...

Happy Easter!

A Mostly Dull Quarter
The first pleasant surprise of the year was Aditya Dutt's Table No 21, which had an interesting plot, Paresh Rawal and Rajeev Khandelwal to attract audiences.
