The scene from Madhubala:EIEJ is the one where RK decides to set everything right between his Biwi and Mallik, it was long due and thanks to RK it was happening. It was quite logical that ki it was RK who took the initiative to make this end, to close in on the growing distance between Mallik and Madhu and here is why Madhu the daughter had forgiven Mallik long back, she knew what her dad did was for her because he loved her and couldn't see her suffer that too because of him (40 Lakh Contract Marriage), but as a wife, even if 4 Phero wali, Madhu was in a phase where her outlook on RK was changing, where the goodness in him was beginning to show more and she was going to give him another chance. Mallik trying to kill RK from a wife's POV was a huge blow and that part of her was not ready to forgive Mallik because it was RK's outlook on the whole thing that mattered, she was not just a daughter but a wife too and RK's thoughts mattered. Which is exactly why it's logical that RK take the initiative, and he does he takes Madhu to the chawl, asks her to do what is right. His reasons were bang on too'if Madhu could forgive RK who ruined her life, then at the end of the day all Mallik did was look out for his daughter. He had become her father, her guardian angel even before she was born; he had fought for her well-being and safety. It was the right thing to do, and her status as RK's wife should never have come in the way of Madhu fogiving her dad. It was a burden that Madhu was carrying in her heart and it was time ti cry, sort and hug it out and she does'Vivian, Drashti and Bhupinder Singh were great as usual, and the scene was truly overwhelming and beautifully executed.
