VD probably was too tired and irritated with the reporter who asked how he is liking it and he responded to her question with a question of his own asking her if she is happy interviewing him at 1 AM. I thought that was a bit rude and top of that when she asked him about his dance steps he said that the choreographer knows his dancing abilities and kept the steps accordingly. Just because he is RK does not mean that he will be like Michael Jackson. I was like man he is snappy and curt in his responses.

Hai re...sounds like a poor soul in desperate need of a nap!  I am sure they probably caught him at a bad moment (exhausted and...dancing in a dhoti!😆 in the middle of the night.)

@Bhakti - I get it that they were all exhausted but that level of snapping was not needed. He did smilingly snap at the reporter but still it did not sit well with me. I would be OK if he had told that it is 1 AM and they are all tired but doing their best to entertain their fans and that would have actually made me relate to him and feel sorry for the poor guy. By the way, he was wearing blue shirt and white pant and was practicing for the "Bindiya Chamkegi" song with DD. The dance sequence wearing dhoti was shot much earlier I presume.

Bhakti,

I looked at "Delhi 6", and I understand what you're talking about.
Regarding cultural differences in India compared to Europe: I was reading some forums here. After the initial shock upon arrival in India, people are excited, and as soon as possible they want to go back to India. (Do not forget, we're tourists, and we want to see only the good of India.)

You're asking what kind of music I listen: all except jazz. Lately I listen Indian and Turkish music, and a little Portuguese Fado. Listen this beautiful song (sad song, that's Fado!)

I like melody from the movie Rockstar.

And now something about Belgrade, my city.
Belgrade is located at the confluence of two rivers. We have an artificial lake. It looks like a sea.
Look on the bright side of Belgrade (the name of my city means White City):

Belgrade is a safe city, in the middle of the night you can walk without fear. He is a classic European city, the central part of the city is appealing, and there are parts that are disordered, or dirty, or ugly (like everywhere else in the world).
This is a lively city with a lot of concerts, theater performances, art exhibitions etc.
Most tourists come for the weekends, because of night life.

Every tourist who has the chance to spend a few days in Belgrade says it is beautiful, the people are very friendly, some parts are reminiscent of Paris, and it's fun like in Barcelona. I do not see it that way, but, as you see it deficiencies Delhi, so I can see what's wrong in my city.
We have a lot of refugees from the former Yugoslav republics, so that Belgrade does not belong to us Belgraders.

I downloaded some movies that you recommended me. Thank you! 😊
The story of Paris, next time.

Shri,

I'd like to see the places you visited. Since you do not like to travel, impressive!
Regarding Monte Carlo: I was a few days before the F1, and the whole city was prepared for the race. It is a very small town, and I believe that can be watched races no problem. Entire Monaco is a very small country (2km square!). We came from France to Monaco in a garage! They have no places for parking on the ground, but underground. From the garage, we went to Monaco driving with an elevator! We have entered into a passage, as in a small shopping mall, or the cinema, with billboards on the walls. I thought what kind of state where it enters with elevator? There's nothing special to see, and I have not had any particular desire. The only thing I can now to brag that I was there! Expensive yachts, casinos, people in the most expensive clothes. This is not my place, and I do not feel good. All kind of artificial. Based on the architecture can be said that they wandered in styles, as they did not know what they want, to whom to look like. Somehow incomplete. Nothing special, I tell you, only to boast to I was there.

Thanks for movies and links.

@ all,
There's a very nice film that I would recommend to everyone. The movie is called White Angel (Beyaz Melek), beautiful, with such a beautiful message. This is a Turkish film. Watch it, my honest recommendation!

Here you can watch it (with English subtitles)

Wah ji wah - Zorica - first I just wanted to ask you...do you take these photographs yourself?  They are so perfect, so beautiful!  I thought perhaps you might have taken them yourself as your photos of Barcelona were also so lovely.  You are certainly an artist in many ways.

I so enjoyed reading about your city...I hope everyone else has read about it here!  I found myself very very ignorant about your part of the world so I looked up more about it - reading about the Sava and Danube rivers (wah the Danube is a very long river, going through so many countries!) and also about the Balkans and the histories of the different countries there.  Please tell me, what is the name of your own native language?  Is it Serbian?  Croatian?  It seemed from the pages I was reading that many languages are spoken in your land. What a gorgeous part of the world is your home - you are very fortunate! And yet it looks from the history that it has also been subject to many of the misfortunes of war and occupation - is it now a very peaceful place? It certainly looks as though it is thriving, in the pictures.  I was also surprised by how much commonality one finds no matter where one looks in this world - the picture of the happy young ladies smiling under the cover of their flag - I have seen many Indian young people doing just the same!  The color of the hair and eyes differs, bas, but the expression of happiness - ekdum the same.

Please also tell me, what is an artificial lake?  Can people make a lake?  Does it have creatures in it?
Where would people find enough water to make their own lake?  It sounds like a story from mythology!😆

Last of all question - pakka! - do Europeans think of rivers as holy?  Just wondering!

When I was still very small and my mother was in this world she would say to me ki, "Bhakti...when your mouth opens it is only questions questions all day.  Go to the shrine and sing to God and give me two minutes peace from your questions!" 😆 (She said it fondly, not angry - she was a smiling mother.😊)

Bhakti,

Are you the Gemini (or Sagitarius) in the horoscope?
It's nice that you ask so many questions. Only the curious remain young all his life, and they learn throughout life. I knew you explore Belgrade alone, and I'm glad about that. You are an excellent student! 👍🏼

I am a Serb living in Serbia and I speak Serbian language! Our official alphabet is Cyrillic, but at the same time we learned the Latin alphabet. Because of various nations and nationalities living here.
My religion is Orthodox (as the Russians and Greeks).

In my country lives: Romanians, Hungarians, Russians, Croats, Albanians, and many other nations.
Regarding our history, we are at the crossroads of East and West, and it's not fortunate circumstance when politics become involved, not to mention of the wars.

Do we experience the rivers as if they holy?
People in Europe do not think that the rivers are holy. Observe it from a materialistic point of view.
Will there be enough water for consumption, whether it be a flood, and something similar.
You saw the video, one of Belgrade, there is a small church in the fortress, it has a source of water, and people come to drink the water, or to carry water home. Water from this source is considered to be sacred. That it has miraculous and curative effect. That's how we individually, some water sources consider holy, and do not experience the rivers as you experience them.

Here you can read about the artificial lake:

Zorica, so nice to see you enjoying hindi songs! That one is one of my personal faves.
You do horoscopes right? I'm a Gemini, though my sister who is also a gemini says I'm nothing like the traditional gemini's.😆 But then i come here and feel very social.
The craziness of the forum today- this is why I should not get so invested in a tv show. I watch MEIEJ to escape stress, and now its going to give me ulcers. Great!

Actually, AA, I am feeling like you.  I could not even reply in the ED today for feeling sad about everyone's frantic predictions.  It seems unbelievable the CV's would choose such a cruel twist in the track, especially after there was so much tamasha surrounding RK saving everyone's life, etc.  Is anyone such a seamless mastermind as to do all he has done and then revert to evil?  He would be madder than BSC, in that case.  Khair - I am so weak of heart - I like to follow the story for diversion, but there is enough actual tension in actual life that I become sad when it is there in such quantity onscreen as well.  I guess you could say I am a media wimp! In our own lives, we have a lot of sorrow.  For those we become attached to in fiction - it is nice when things go well for them; we cry with the when things go wrong as our empathy is activated...but it is just strange and dissonant when one we have been crying with turns out to be evil himself.  I hope this won't be the case, but the CV's have a funny way of never ever asking me what I think before they write something!😆

Bhakti,
My point exactly. We watch TV to get away from our woes- its a form of escape. Yes, we like drama, yes we like action, but at the end of the day, we like a story that makes narrative sense, and where two people come together.
If they do make RK evil, I don't think I'll be able to cheer for him and Madhu to come together again. So I hope they don't do that. Like Leela I'm clinging to the fact that another show did something similar, but it was all red herrings. I'm also clinging to the fact the ST tweeted a big twist and then they showed the promo- if it's such a big twist, then how come it is so easy to see through? Know what I mean?
Anyway, if MEIEJ does go this way, I'll just end up writing my fics, and chatting with you guys.
Atleast, RK and Madhu won't be dead, like the previous couples I liked in shows😆
