Those criminals should be hanged .why delaying the court to give them punishment . I am sure if court did not give them death punishment then public will surely glad to do so.

Glad to know her name for one reason - at least, now people can stop using those stupid media bestowed names, such as Damini or Nirbhaya, and use her real name. Although I do support the privacy of the family had they wanted it.

We should adapt a policy for anonymous names. Just like in the US, they have John Doe or Jane Doe, pick an Indian name like that that could be generic, and apply it to any anonymous man or woman.

The Chief Justice of India has ordered all all High Courts in India to set up Fast track courts for rape cases and dispose these cases with utmost urgency. It is a welcome step.
