"itna time kyun laga rahi hain doctor…" arjun said in a panic walking from here and there outside the room… The doctor had arrived half an hour ago and was now examining arohi while they all waited outside.."mom ap ne dr.saxena ko kyun nahi bulaya..ye lady doctor..ise kia pata arohi ki case history k bare mein.." he said irritatedly looking at kumud .."q k puttar shadi k baad aisi behoshi k lie lady doctor ko hi bulate hain .." dadi said smilingly..since the past two weeks she has been observing arohi..her morning nausea..changes in her likes and dislikes…and according to her "tajurbe ki ankh" she concluded the matter as the normal which every married girl goes through so she when heard from kumud that arohi has fainted and that she has called dr.saxena so she smilingly asked her to ask the doctor not to come.."puttar tu aisa kar dr.saxena ko phone kar k mana kar k mat ayein aur dr.kanan ko bula.." she said making kumud surprisingly confused.."maa doctor kanan tu.." she said and dadi interupted her.."gynechologist hai..menu pata hai..tu chal cheti naal uno phone laga.." she said..
Arjun looked at dadi shaking his head in disbelief.."dadi ap bhi na…behoshi tu behoshi hai shadi k baad ho ya pehle doctor kyun badal lein us k lie hum.." he said irritatedly and looked at the door worriedly.."tu chup kar khote da puttar tujhe kuch nahi pata..inna wada hogaya par aqal uthe hi reh gayi hai bachpan wich.." dadi said hitting him on his arm..arjun looked at dadi.."dadi …forget it.." he said and knocked the door.."kitna time hai..doctor arohi theek hai na.." he asked through the locked doors.."arjun tu itna pareshan mat ho sab theek hoga.." kumud said soothing his arm.."relax kaise ho jaun mom..adha ghanta hogaya hai kuch bata hi nahi rahi doctor..mein abhi doctor saxena ko bulata hun.." he said taking out his phone from his pocket..but stopped when the door opened…"doctor arohi..arohi theek hai na.."arjun asked instantly keeping his phone back in his pocket..doctor nodded .."ap log plz andar ajaye.." she said making everyone worried…
Arjun together with rudra.. kumud and dadi entered the room and rushed towards the bed where arohi was sitting…"arohi..arohi tum theek ho na kia hogaya tha tumhe.." he asked cupping her face..arohi nodded smilingly.."arjun mein theek hun.." she said and looked at the doctor.."doctor ab tu bataye.." she asked and doctor smiled looking at everyone.."ghabrane ki koi baat nahi..everything is fine.." she said and arjun stood.."par doctor arohi behosh kyun hui thi.." he asked.."in ka blood pressure bht high tha is waja se.." she said and arjun looked at arohi.."tum ne apni medicine nahi li thi ?.." he asked in a bit angry voice..arohi bit her lip hesitantly and lowered her eyes.."wo..mein bhool gayi thi.." she said and arjun closed his eyes controlling his anger.."arohi tum aisi irresponsiblity kaise.." he said and sighed.."its ok..next time be careful.." he said sitting beside her making her smile…"but I also have some good news for you all.." the doctor's voice made them looked at her..
"Congratulations Mr and Mrs singhania…you both are soon going to become parents…arohi is pregnant.." she said smilingly surprising everyone and shocking the soon to be parents..
Rudra shouted in delight and instantly hugged the statue arjun "mein dada banne wala hun..congrats son.." he said yelling at the top of his voice…dadi smiled in happiness.."menu te pehle hi pata si..aise hi nahi baal safed kie meine apne.." she said happily and Kumud immediately hugged her mother in law overjoyed and wiped away tears of happiness from her face... "Ma mein dadi..ap par dadi..mujhe tu yaqeen hi nahi araha.." she said happily as tears filled her eyes… "mera chota arjun..choti arohi ..is ghar mein khushyan.." she said.. her voice overcome with emotion that her son was going to be father….
Arohi's mouth fell open in shock as she stared at the doctor…and then the tears flooded her eyes as finally the words of doctor registered her mind..happy she was not even for once pondering over the how effect of the twist..she gasped happily and her hands immediately went on her stomach and with a radiant smile on her face she caressed her flat stomach…"mein maa..hamara bacha.." she said blinking back the tears of utmost happiness..she couldnot believe that what she wanted till last night will be given to her this soon…their child..their symbol of love is now in her womb..their child…she closed her eyes and tears seeped out of her closed eyelids and her lips whispered.."thankyou arjun.."..
Arjun stared at the doctor as if she had grown two heads..but soon his eyes widened in shock and horror once the words got registered in his mind…his fears gripped his heart but a sudden gasp of arohi.. happy gasp brought him out of his thoughts and he stared at her happy face and did not know when his happiness and excitement overpowered his fears and he forgetting everything just cherished the news he just got..and his lips curled into a bright smile as a happy tear rolled down his cheek hearing arohi's whisper and he kept his hand above hers on her stomach making her open her eyes.."arohi..hamara bacha..can you believe it.." he said happily and arohi smiled in happiness keeping her other hand above his..
"thankyou so much doctor.." rudra's voice caught their attentions and they looked back at the doctor.."no problem mr.singhania .." she said and looked at arjun.."meine in ka blood sample le lia hai blood test k lie..shaam mein report collect kar li jie ga and kal ap mujhe visit ki jie ga..ek baar proper tareeke se hum in ka checkup kareinge and yes jaisa k ap bata rahe the mr.singhania k arohi amnesia suffer kar chuki hai tu plz make it sure k kal ap arohi ki pechli sari reports apne saath layen..ye kuch dawayan meine likh di hain ye time pe inhe di jiye ga and what else..rest ki jiye ap..and congrats once again.." the doctor said..arohi arjun smiled once the doctor finished with her speech and they both said "thankyou.." in unison and the doctor smilingly left saying.."see you tomorrow.." she said and rudra accompanied her after leaving an affectionate kiss on arohi's forehead..
"dekha arjun mein keh rahi thi na shadi k baad aisi behoshi mein lady doctor hi bulate hain..aur tu thera khote da puttar dadi ki gal hi nahi smjhta.." she said hitting him on his arm.."ouch daddi..kia kar rahi ho..dekho ab meri izzat karo ab mein bara hogaya hun.." he said rubbing his arm.."oye chup khute da puttar..jina wi wada hojae tu rahe ga mera wahi khota arjun.." she said smilingly..arohi smiled looking at arjun who was rubbing his arm with a cute childish expression on his face.."chal puttar ab tu aram kar..kisi cheez ki zarurat ho tu hum se keh dena.."dadi said caressing arohi's face.."aur tu..meri beti ka khayal rakhna aur zada tang mat karna ise.." she said again hitting him on his arm.."dadi..bus bhi karo..warna bata raha hun ane wale mehman se budhi dadi kehalwaun ga.." he said teasingly and dadi glared him angrily.."chal chup kar buddha ho ga tu..mein tu ab aur jawan ho gayi hun..ab tu khelun gi.." she said smilingly making everyone smile.."acha arohi tum aram karo ab.." kumud said and both dadi and kumud left the room shutting the door behind leaving the soon to be parents to cherish the moment..
"wah arohi itni fast service tu dominos ki bhi nahi hoti..jitni fast service hamare baby ne dikha di.." arjun said teasingly looking at arohi..arohi smiled blushingly and hid her face in arjun's chest.."arjun mujhe tu yaqeen hi nahi araha k…thankyou so much arjun..aj tum ne mujhe bht bari khushi de di.." she said nuzzling her face closer to him..arjun smiled and wrapped his arms around her .."thankyou tu mujhe kehna chahye arohi..baap banne ka sochna shaed itni khushi nahi deta jitni baap banne ki khabar ne mujhe di hai..mein bata nahi skta arohi k mein is waqt kia mehsus kar raha hun..ab tak mein dad bulata hun kuch hi arse mein koi mujhe dad bulaye ga..arohi ye feeling ye excitement..ye har us khushi se barh k hai jo aj tak mujhe mili..aur ye sab sirf tumhari waja se..i love you arohi.." he said pressing his lips on her head.."aur ab mjhse sabar nahi ho raha ..mann kar raha chutki bajaun aur ye 9 months guzar jayen aur hamara baby hamare haath mein ajaye.." he said parting from her..arohi smiled.."tu bajao na chutki arjun.." she said smilingly and then they both laughed shortly on their impatiency resting their forehead against each other..
"wese arohi kia lagta hai beta ho ga ya beti.." arjun said after a moment's silence..arohi looked at him.."arjun ye sochne k lie abhi bht time hai.." she said shaking her head at his urgency..arjun smiled and pulling his legs up folded them and sat facing arohi.."bhai mene tu decide kar lia hai baby ka room kal se hi tayar karana shoru kar dunga.." he said.."aur pora room pink karun ga.." he said smilingly..arohi looked at him.."pink kyun?.." she asked.."bhai apni beti k lie.." he said and arohi hit him on his arm.."very bad aur mere bete ka kia..room tu blue hoga.." she said folding her arms across her chest..arjun looked at arohi.."arohi ab har mamle mein behas mat kia karo..room pink karun ga bas final hai.." he said "mein behas karti hun..arjun tum behas kar rahe ho..room blue hoga bas final hai.." she said …

"ye li jiye sir mr.arohi singhania ki reports.." said the person on the counter handing arjun the reports of arohi..as per the doctor's words arjun was on time at the laboratory to collect arohi's report.."thankyou.." arjun said smilingly taking the reports from the person's hands and made his way outside to his car..
Once seated in the car arjun kept the report on the seat and was about to start the car but then stopped thinking of reading the report..going through the report he was just shaking his head as everything was beyond his understanding.."kholi tu aise hai jese doctor tu hi hai.." he said to himself and was about to keep the report back but his eyes snapped open reading the last lines of the report.. 5 WEEKS SINCE LMP..
"5 weeks" he whispered shockingly.."arohi 5 weeks pregnant hai..!!.." he couldnot believe it...
