It's so Simple, 'Syndrome Computer Vision Impaired result is a complex problem for the experienced eye and vision as a result of spending long hours at the computer' In this era, where students and workers spend long hours at the computer, this syndrome is more common than you think'. As has been said, those who spent more than 2 hours in front of a computer every day tend to have this syndrome.

Symptoms and Signs'

Headache, hot or tired eyes, double or blurred vision, loss of focus, eye disorders, dry eyes, sensitivity to light, a chronic disorder of the neck and shoulders - all these problems are identified that you have spent many hours at the computer without break'

Here are some ways to help reduce the inflammation of the eyes caused by computer:
