I'm thinking...

-original Purvi gave birth to Arjun/her child
-then she died
-the kid is put in anaat ashram
-dr Onir knows all this
-dr onir is married to Purvi lookalike
-he'll go to Bombay to treat arjun/ovi baby but baby won't survive
-dr onir will realize Arjun is purvi's kid's father and will tell arjun/ovi
-arjun/ovi will adopt the kid
-Arjun vows him and Purvi will be together in next birth.
-Him and ovi will raise the kid
-pavitra ends
-new show with Purvi Arjun reborn as lovers

This way no jeeju saali affair
This way no badnami for Purvi
And ARVI lovers get new show

Your idea is quite interesting but this future track sorry to say has no potential

Ekta maybe comes with the most imaginative things possible things but this I doubt will happen

wanna hear a funny thought...they R going to to bring ArVi together...ovi cant carry on the pregnancy/ has a miscarriage...OMG! ArOvi need a surrogate! Whoever will it be??? Purvi mahaan maybe! with onirs permission then, she will nurture arjun's baby! Duh! dat is if she isnt already preggers with lil kirloskar or dutta. they use this track all the time to make or break couples.
