For you to lose fat you have to combine exercise and healthy foods. As we all know, losing weight is 70% food and 30% exercise so you really have to watch what your eating and the total calories should be taken in a day. I have read this article about how to compute for the number of calories you specifically need per day according to certain requirements (height, age, and how much physical activity you engage in) Here's the link I hope it can help
