I have seen thousands of resources online who give advice on how to lose weight but before applying them you need to understand your body demands and for doing this first go to a wellness clinic and let them take measurements of your body.
With this and your age, height and weight they will be able to ascertain how much fat percentage you have in your body.
The amount of weight that you would need to lose would be the amount of fat you have to lose to be normal. And an expert can ensure that you lose only weight of the unwanted fat and not lean muscle mass...

You need to have control on your eating stuffs, that's the important part, You need to avoid junk, carbohydrate food, things which all contains fatty substances, have more fiber foods.

Here are some useful tips for reducing fat ...

1. Drink lots of water a day, minimum seven or eight glass.
2. Balance your diet, eat more green vegetables, fruits and avoid junk foods.
3. Do regular exercises daily atleast  30-40 minutes.
4. Drink Green Tea daily as a diet.

Try these important tips and get rid off fat.

Regular exercise has no best alternative. Along with, you can use diet pills like Prescopodene. Never overdose yourself with any weight loss products. Stay healthy with a healthy weight.

Drink lots of water,,,,

take hot bath

exercise regulary in morning and go for a walk for half an hour in night
