1. She wanted to drop the phone so that she will get an excuse to shop for a new one.
2. She always bought or broke phones when she was angry.
3. She was hoping to drop Dubey along with her phone from her contact list.
4. She thought if Ashu can lose/drop his phone several times why not her.
5. She knew Ashu would alteast get up from his chair to catch the phone and thereby have him at her beck and call.
