They ( sticky threads )  stay on the first page of the forum ...e.g Daily discussion thread/banner voting thread. ( see first five threads on the first page ) 

Non sticky threads can move to 2nd, 3rd page...depends on the timestamp of the last post..

Hope it was not confusing ConfusedLOL

^ I read in live feed thread that Task is ON till Thursday or Friday. Not sure though.
