Lemon Mint Cooler  is very  simple and easy to make.  On hot summer days, this mocktail would be ideal cooling drink. The recipe contains a lot of fresh lemon juice, as well as a lot of mint, which gives it a refreshing flavor.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from about 2 medium size lemons)

2 tablespoons finely chopped mint leaves (Pudina)

4  tablespoons sugar (or Honey)

1/4 cup crushed ice

2 glass water

Directions:

Stir the sugar into the water.  (Instead of suger you can use honey.)

Blend the chopped mint leaves, sugarwater and lemon in a blender untill it is evenly mixed.

Cool the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour.

Serve in cold glasses (refrigerate the glasses for 15 minutes) with crushed ice.

Nice Recipe. You could also try out a Watermelon cooler for the summers:

11/2 cups of cold water (you could also use ice cubes instead)
Mint leaves or watermelon zest for the garnish
Method:
