Guess which is the latest star friendship to have fallen apart? Thick friends Shah Rukh Khan and Arjun Rampal! Though this story had been doing rounds since long, it is only recently that reliable sources confirmed the news.
Rampal celebrates his 40th birthday today, the party for which will be organized at Marrackesh by wife Mehr Jessica on the 29th of this month. Since SRK is no longer on talking terms with once-upon-a-time close friend Arjun, he will not be attending the party, if rumours are to be believed. However, star wives Gauri Khan, Suzanne Roshan, Bhavna (Chunky Pandey's wife) and Maheep (Sanjay Kapoor's wife), who are the best of friends and continue to remain so irrespective of the friendship among the husbands, will be attending the party.
Meanwhile, Arjun knows about the birthday party but is unaware of the invitees of the same. He is currently shooting for Nikhil Advani's next film 'D Day' in Kutch, but will be there at Marrackesh for a film festival which will screen three of his films- Rock On!!, Raajneeti and Chakravyuh.

It's interesting to see that despite mixed reviews, Shahrukh Khan and Yash Chopra's "Jab Tak Hai Jaan" is all set to make records worldwide. It is likely to be the highest grossing film ever in U.A.E., reports Boxoffice India Trade Network on Nov. 24, 2012.
The record of highest income in the U.A.E. was held by Aamir Khan's "3 Idiots" - a film that earned a staggering $3.10 million. However, "Jab Tak Hai Jaan" in its 11 day-course has crossed $2.80 million, all set to break the record set by Aamir Khan and Raj Kumar Hirani's " 3 Idiots." Until now, the second place position was held by Shahrukh Khan's "My Name is Khan" that earned $2.70 million.
Well, keeping in mind Bollywood and Shahrukh Khan's immense reach, it was sooner than later that "Jab Tak Hai Jaan" created the hysteria it did. Together with Yash Chopra's signature style, the success for the romantic saga was inevitable.
Well, love it or hate it, "Jab Tak Hai Jaan" is another feather in the cap for King Khan and the YRF team.
"Jab Tak Hai Jaan" is Yash Chopra's last directorial venture and features Shahrukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. The movie opened worldwide in theaters, November 13.
