i've written this poem after many days and its for a special friend--very special friend--she is very close to me.

*Na Gumman Ho Us Se Zara Sa*

Main Roz-o-Shab aise guzarta hoon

ke na gumman ho us se zara sa

main ab bhi yaad rakhta hoon us ko

her ik lamha,her ik pal main

Khushi ka mausam ho ya gham ki dhundh main

Hazaroon saalon se tapte sehra

ki si tapish hai

Abhi bhi dil main

us si khatir

Magar!!!

Woh pochta hai jo mujh se

"kya sach main tum agay bardh gaye ho?"

Main Ankhoon ko mund ker zara sa

utar leta hoon sare ansoon ko apne dil main

Aur

Muskura deta hoon aise

ke na gumman ho us se zara sa

main ab bhi yaad rakhta hoon us ko

her ik lamha,her ik pal main

Khushi ka mausam ho ya gham ki dhundh main
