Let's go then. Arjun's dad suggested.
KD and Kiya both can sit in one taxi with all the luggage and we all can sit in another taxi. Arjun suggested.
Is that alright? Arjun looked at KD and Kiya.
Yea sure! Both replied.
KD smiled to himself. Ab toh Kiya ko der nahi lagegi baat karne mein. KD spoke to himself in his mind.
So KD and Kiya sat in a taxi and the others sat in another one. KD smirked at Kiya while she was looking through the window of the taxi. She was enjoying the view outside.
Bhaiya, koi gaana hi lagado kyunki yahan jo hai who baat karne mein interested hi nahi hai. KD looked at Kiya while talking to the taxi driver.
Ek minute, sahib. The driver switched on the radio. The song iktara from wake up sid played.

Kiya smirked at KD but he was so angry that he looked through the window on his side. Kiya also showed herself as if she doesn't want to see KD's face. She too looked through the window on her side. She saw a few kids playing marbles on the road. The kids looked at her and waved at her. Kiya smiled and waved at them too. A few seconds later, she saw a couple eating aloo tikki from one plate. She visualized herself and KD in that situation and therefore looked at KD but his eyes were glued to his side of the taxi where he saw a girl hugging his boyfriend tightly. He remembered how Kiya fell in his arms and somehow he thought that it was their first hug. Both looked at each other. Suddenly the wind blew.
Ahhh!! Kiya screamed.
What happened? KD looked worried.
Mere aankh KD, Ouch! Kiya shouted.
Ek minute, Kiya. KD put his hands between her eyelashes and he blew cold air into her eyes.
Kiya looked at him she thought that he was so gentle, calm and helpful. KD still blew air in her eyes until she was in pain. KD soon stopped and saw Kiya opening her eyes wide slowly slowly.
Sahab, aap dono ki manzil aagayi hai .The driver looked back and saw KD and Kiya both lost in each other.
The driver tapped on KD's shoulder. KD suddenly jerked and realized that they have reached his house which was on the left side.
Challe. KD offered while taking out the luggage.
Yea! Kiya got out of the taxi. The others had arrived too. They got out of the taxi and Arjun's dad gave them the fare. They all headed towards the door of their house.
Their house was in Noida, Delhi, India. It was a 2 storey house with a red roof. Arjun's mom showed her around. There was a medium sized kitchen, a hall, a WC and two bedrooms with attached bathrooms one was for Arjun's mom and dad and the other for Arjun and Komal. All this was on the first floor. The second floor again had two bed rooms with attached bathrooms There was a staircase to go to the second floor and there was another staircase to go to the roof. Arjun's mom showed Kiya her room that was upstairs just two steps away from KD's room.
KD's Mom: Feel at home, Kiya. Kabhi bhi yeh mat samjhna ki tumhari didi ka ghar hai balki yeh tumhara bhi ghar hai. :) Meri ek nahi balki do betiya ghar aagayi hai. :D
Kiya: toh phir aapki yeh beti aapko promise karti hai ki one day I too will make you proud.
KD's Mom: mujh tum par pura bharosa hai, beta. Main chalti hoon sab ke liye chai banadeti hoon. Sab ko aaram milega.
Kiya: aunty main bana doon?
KD's Mom nahi beta, tu apna luggage unpack karlo, kalse college bhi toh hai. Main bana doongi.
Okay aunty. 😊
Meanwhile, downstairs Komal was unpacking her luggage. Arjun came from the back and hugged her.
Arjun: hi baby!! <3
Komal: hi handsome! ;) Arjun mein tumhe kuch batana chahti hoon. Komal looked upset.
He turned Komal towards him. Kya hua, baby? Arjun puts her hands on her cheeks.
Komal: Main….hum dono mom and dad banne wale hai.
KYA? Tum mazak nahi kar rahi ho right? Main papa aur tum mama!!
Arjun picked her up in his arms and turned round and round with her He couldn't believe that he was going to be a father. He put her down and both hugged each other.
Arjun (he held her by her waist) : I love you baby, Tume mujhe jo khushi di hai woh anmol hai tu mere zindagi mein anmol ho. I promise I will be a father who will keeps his child protected, safe and happy. Tum dono kabhi dukhi nahi karunga. I love you sweetheart. And thank you for this wonderful feeling. He kissed her forehead.
Komal: I love you too, Arjun. :)
Upstairs, KD and Kiya were unpacking their luggage as well. Kiya put on some music in order to set her room.
Thak, Thak, Thak!!!
Kiya opened the door of her room. She saw KD standing right infront of her.
KD: Yeh music tumne mujhe sunane ke liye chalaya hai ya khud ko sunane ke liye ! KD was pissed off.
Sorry!! Kiya showed her cute innocent face to KD and lowered her eyes.
KD had just started walking to his room and Kiya called him.
Kiya: actually KD, maintumse kuch kehna chahti hoon.
He turned to her.
KD: Yes tell me!
Kiya: Main…..main……tum…….
KD's mom: KD beta yahan toh aana ek minute.
KD: maa bula rahi hai par tum kuch keh rahi thi na?
Kiya: uh….. haan…who maine music off kar diya hai.
KD: oh, thanks! I'll see you later then. Bye
KD left from there without letting Kiya say anything.
KD (He was talking to himself while walking downstairs): Shayayd, Kiya mujhse usse party ke liye sorry bolna chahti hai tabhi itni dar rahi hai. Ab toh usse mere paas aana hoga, main usse baat tak nahi karunga. Dekhte hai akhir kab tak Kiya Gujral iss handsome hunk se door reh pati hai.
KD went inside the kitchen. Only his mom and dad were there.
KD: Haan Maa! Aapne bulaya?
Mom: haan beta tujhe Gurudwara jaan tha na, yeh yaad dilane ke liye bulaya tha.
KD: oh haan, kal se college shuru hai toh gurudwara jaan hai. Thanks maa! Main phir jata hoon.
Just a few seconds later, Kiya came to the kitchen. She had heard the converdation and wanted to go to so she asked KD's mom. His mom let them go.
Both got ready to go. KD was wearing a white t-shirt with blue loose jeans and white shoes. He also wore a silver watch on his wrist whereas Kiya was wearing a white churidar and white sandals with silver earrings. KD couldn't stop staring at her when she was coming down the stairs.
Kiya: Challe!! (She was blushing)
KD: Mujhe impress karne ki koshish kar rahi ho.
Kiya: Impress huye?
KD: Hamare pehle dance ke din se.
He held her hand and opened the car's door for her. The Gurudwara was about 30 to 40 minutes away from their house. The Gurudwara was made of pure white marble and it was all white painted. As they entered there was a basket of cloth to cover the head of a person. KD put one of the cloths in the basket on his head whereas Kiya put her chunni around her head.
Both walked towards the Guru-garant-sahab. They bent down on their knees and touched their heads on the ground and kissed it. They got up and walked around the guru-grant-sahab with their hands folded.
Kiya (she closed her eyes and prayed): Waheguru, kehte hai aap sab ki sunte ho aur har koi jo sache dil se wish mangta hai usse pura karne ki puri koshish karte ho. Main yahan iss liye aayi hoon kyunki mujhe kal ke liye dar lag raha hai; kal college ka pehle din hai. Mere saath rehna waheguru please! Aur jo aapne ek naya dost bheja hai uske liye thank you! Kiya opened her eyes and saw KD looking at her.
KD: itni baat karogi toh who bhi bore ho jayenge. :) Tumhari saari muskhilon ko tumse bahut door bhej dunga.
Kiya looked surprised.
KD: I mean who sab samhalenge. Don't worry! J Let's sit
Both were given the karaprasad and they sat individually. Two guys were constantly looking at Kiya.
One of the guys: dude, let's go talk to her she seems all alone!!
The other one: are you sure? She came with someone.
Yea dude, forget him. Let's go.
KD listened to all this and got very angry; He stood up and sat next to Kiya. She noticed him sitting next to her and asked him the reason but he didn't answer. The two guys left. It was soon going to be 9 pm. KD and Kiya sat down in the car and reached home.
Dinner was being made when they reached home. Komal was making shahi paneer, rice and dal makhni. Kiya was preparing the salad; she was cutting the vegetables. KD came in the kitchen to drink water. Kiya just saw KD in the kitchen and at the same time Komal went out to set the dining table. Kiya tried to talk to KD but her voice couldn't be heard by herself only.
Kiya: Kiya, yeh tujhe kya hogaya hai?
She let the matter go and tried cutting the carrots on the chopping board but it was too hard.
Kiya: Ouch!!
KD saw Kiya's finger cut and instantly he puts his mouth onto her finger and sucked the blood that came out from her finger. Tears were coming out from Kiya's eyes. KD wiped her tears and kissed her finger on her right hand where she had got hurt. Komal had just come in the kitchen and saw KD and Kiya looking at each other and very close to each other.
Komal: KD, Kiya kya baat hai?
Kiya sees Komal and hides her right hand secretly without letting Komal know the cut in her finger.
KD: bhabhi hum bas college ke bare mein baat kare the. 😊
Komal: accha, challo phir khanna lag chukka hai.
All ate dinner and Komal gave everyone rasmalai. Komal then surprised everyone with the good news. Everyone became so happy. Her mom got up and hugged her and their parents gave them blessings. Kiya and Komal then hugged each other and Arjun and KD hugged both of them. Arjun's dad gave Komal shagun (a token given to the girls whenever there is a good news).
In a few minutes all went to sleep except Kiya she still was hungry. She went downstairs and went to the kitchen. When she opened the door of the fridge she saw chicken tikka in a plate. She took it out and took another plate out to eat it. She had nearly put the tikka in her mouth and she saw someone coming towards her. She put the plate back in the fridge and saw something next to her. She couldn't see what it was. She was about to hit the thing in her hand on the person's head but then that person took the thing from her hand. She was about to shout but that person placed his hand on her mouth.
Kiya: mmm
Person: what?
Kiya made him look where his hand was.
Person: oh, sorry lekin tum chilaogi nahi?
Kiya: mmm
Person: okay, okay!
He removed his hand from her mouth. She was about to shout again but he put his hand again on her mouth.
Person: kaha tha na maine chilana mat! Tum ladkiyan itni pagal kyun hoti ho?
Kiya: mmm…ihdkshkfk
Person: Kya? Oh my hand! Ek kaam karte hai mein apna naam batadeta hoon usse cheesze aasan ho jayengi. Thik hai. Mera naam KD hai.
He removed his hand from her mouth.
KD: tum dar gayi thi kya?
Kiya: tum ho na saath toh dar kaise lagega!!
KD: J soone chale, raat kafi ho gayi hai.
Kiya: okay.
Both went upstairs together and entered their respective rooms.
KD: dude, yeh kya ha? Main usse baat kyun kar raha hoon? Kal dekhna Kiya Gujral tumhe mujhse pehle baat karni hi hogi. ;) KD ke charm se koi nahi baccha hai. :D
KD wished the moon good night and slept. Meanwhile, there Kiya hadn't slept yet.
Kiya: tujhe bhukh lagi thi na, toh tune kuch kha kyun nahi. Pagal, chal ab so jaa varna kal uth nahi payengi. Good night! (she looked at the moon). She slept.
