I am really not understanding what is the meaning of showing torture again.

Are people really liking the Viraj's torture

what do u mean by she was not attached to Viraj. I think you have not watched the first episodes when she tried her level best to get Viraj treated with Komalika Rana

Anyway, I think many people are liking Viraj than KVB
