how do others manage??

i wonder how other actors manage daily soaps, dancing at awards functions, dance reality shows and some are even doing movies??ram kapoor is doing so many movies and ads along with his show.. so is with gurmeet,even sanaya and many others...barun is never doing any of these?? he doesnt even appear to take his awards..wats with him?? is he seriously ill or what cos even on screen he looks tired and sleepless now a days..

i know yar i was thinking the same.. ronit roy did two big serials kyun ki and kasauti at the same time and that too the character of main lead😕 i think everybody hs their strengths and weaknesses..barun is not a workaholic  i guess..😛
