Oh, so this was the twist you were talking about. Loved this chapter. Loved that Khushi and Arnav are getting closer. Khushi is healed completely, but Arnav isn't. His behaviour is totally understandable. His guilt and self loathing must be so strong that he just can't take their relationship to another level. Looking forward to the future chapters. It will be upto Khushi to heal him. Lets see how.
