open it...on left u have videos...click on it and u get options...scroll down until u see swf format...

...and then on top u have start...and haa check ur output location...
and then if u have a account in my frogbag.com then its ok if not create one...then click on uplaod select ur file and uplaod...
then
come to ur post...below it u will find forums codes... click on it and u
will get adobe flash ...copy that link and paste it in the post...
then copy the direct link against the song in my frogbag ..and paste it in place of link..
...simply
paste in that place and post reply...and haa keep patience and wait for
2-3 mins...if ur net is slow it may take 5 mins...let the movie get
loaded then it starts playing
