I like the way Niketan looks after him self & his body .. Apart from coffee's  - The Protein shake keeps him occupied. 😆

i am shocked u guys havn't seen him eating.. that guy eats a lot .. in the live feeds he saved food for himself in a bowl for later  in the fridge first n then helped himself with 2 servings of food. he does take care of his body though with excericising n protein shakes.

Although I believe that size 0 is unhealthy and do not endorse it for either sexes; but if a lady can be a size0, why can't a man? I do not find thinner men any less mard...It is high time we stop these social bias...
