I think it's Barun's own decision 2 leave the show

I don't think that Gul or anyone else is responsible for Barun's leave, Gul KNOWS THAT THE SHOW HAS LOTS OF POTENTIAL why do u think she would like to ruin such a successful show, Afterall she is the producer and money always talks* Barun looks quite happy in the interview so we can't assume that he was being forced to do that. But we can say it's our bad luck that the show that we love and cherish so much is not going to be the same again and at the end of the day we are the one who is going to be left picking the pieces.

Ok going by your post  why cant Barun wait if the show is ending in Jan/Feb? We can't say Barun has lost interest/ fatigue , why will not he wait for another 2 months if he waited this long? This is my point of view
