My new 2 month old mac book crashed couple of days back. Luckily I had not transferred everything on the new one so was still with my old air ...that saved my day. No reasons given but they had to replace the HD.

mine is having weird trouble..giving me warning abt hd..but the service engg said..hd is perfect..he just reloaded the os n sent back...i was like kya bada kaam kiya aapne..yeh toh i can do too...lol..n it didnt survive for one day...lol...i have back ups...so no prob on that..baas ek smooth fuction wala lappy mile toh...lol
