Hello everyone, i know i'm supposed to be working on my other SS and FF, but yesterday night while i was sleeping, dreamt about Ariya and got a very funny concept for a story.
I'll only write about 3-4 chapters for this, not more.
SS: The Challenge
Finally she had won, Riya was so happy that she was jumping like a six-years old girl. "Now he'll have to do everything I say for 24hours," Riya thought and danced with joy.
Arjun was looking at Riya's dancing form, and he was getting angrier with each minute. For the first time in his life he was wrong, and he had lost.
"Kahan phaas gaya mein," Arjun whispered silently. Seeing that Riya was too busy and not looking at him, he decided to slowly go away!
"Where are you going Arjun Sir?" Riya said stressing on the "Sir" part.
"Nowhere only returning home after long hours at the office!" he replied irritatedly.
"Hope you haven't forgotten our bet Sir?" Riya asked with a smirk.
"Arjun kabhi bhi nahin bhulta, and he always abides by his promises," Arjun answered meekly.
Riya was enjoyinh this thoroughly and thought to make the best of this moment, while it lasted.
"So your 24 hours start tomorrow Sir, as from 8 o'clock in the morning!" Riya said and went away leaving Arjun alone in the office.
"What have i done?" Arjun said by holding his forehead.
Flashback a few days earlier
They had been working on a very important case, about the murder of some bachelors, rich bachelors actually, since the last week. Till now they had got lots of clues but nothing was helping them in arresting or finding out about the murderers.
"Statistically speaking sir, i think that this case must be due to a personal grudge, specially the targets and their age and the way they were killed, and maybe it's a girl or woman who is killing these men, no actually from all the clues it seems that two women are in this," Riya was telling Rathore Sir.
Everyone have been real stressed with this case, working long hours each day, and still not being able to catch anyone. Arjun was getting very irritated and angry, since not even his sharp mind could solve this case. And hearing Riya start about her statistics made him angrier for no reason. So he rebuked her and told her to stop with her useless statistics, and that her statistics were a nuisance and waste of time.
Riya had felt tears in her eyes, but she had somehow managed to control herself and didnt answer back Arjun and she kept her concentration only on the case. However at night, when everyone was leaving work, she had asked Arjun Sir to stay back since she had to talk with him.
And that was when she had put all her anger and his insults infront of him, and challenged him saying her statistics were right, and she'd prove it.
Arjun was amused at her childishness, however he was so sure of winning, that he accepted the challenge without any thought.
However Riya had worked harder in the days which followed and finally she had been able to prove that exactly two women were involved in the killings, and due to her the ETf had been able to catch the killers.
Arjun went home on an angry note, he had lost to Riya, and now what will she make him do for the next 24hours, even he felt a bit scared thinking about it. And on top it was Sunday tomorrow, and Rathore had given everyone a day off after this case.
One full Sunday with Miss Riya, how will he survive?
