I just don't understand... on one hand he is announcing that IPK will continue and on further confronting says Decisions will be taken from Higher authority... 

Keeping trying dear do not loose hope, they just want us to stop trying so they can do what they want!!! We have to keep on fighting for what we love till the end as there is always a chance for the things to get better!!
