I am not quoting, because I am in constant fear of Harshu popping up and reading me her riot act. 😛😉

I think Barun's stements so far are a result of him trying some dry sense of humor which has not worked out well for him.

I think, him saying, taking a long break and spending time with his wife is him thinking, oh, these will be "cute" answers etc and then they came back to bite him.

There is not behind the scenes. There is no one forcing anyone.

I genuinely think, the events could have been as follows.

Barun wanted to quit 2 months ago.

He was asked to reconsider.

In the meantime Deepali and Akshay also quit.

Shtial track failed to impress anyone.

Barun still wanted to quit.

They all brain stormed and said, 3 actors quitting would look bad.

Barun being a nice guy, says, how about I say I am going on a long break and spend time with wife. People will go Aww.. Wink Wink.

That is what comes out in the interviews.

The Tsunami starts.

SP gets involved

Barun still clarifies, he really does want to quit, but is open to coming back for few episodes if SP and PH plan to wrap it up out of good faith.

SP and PH mull over it.

By this time Tsunami alerts go off in Hawaii.

Truth finally comes out Barun is quitting.

All the fans doing dharna in Indonesia are caught offguard and get engulfed and swallowed by the Tsunami.

THe PH, SP, and BS who are in Hawaii and enjoying Pinacolads and Jalebis dunked in Vodka !!!

May be he does have movie offers, may be he doesn't. But if he quits a steady job which gave him this kind of popularity for uncertain murky waters of Bollywood, he will be making the biggest mistake of his life. So far, only one man made a successful transition from Tellywood to Bollywood and he is Shahrukh Khan. No one else has managed to do it so far.

we can't say who's really the mastermind of this interview until it's fully aired

Barun should really hire an agent. And if possible find himself a mentor to handle situations like these.

Aisha Hi!, In the interview, (or rather teaser)

BS was talking about old days, Some scene where Sanaya had to cry for a really long time, The scene where Shyam was exposed to the audience, He talked about his wonderful family and how he is grateful, the finally they talked about the rumor where Gul made Barun cry.. they both were laughing about it.. then BS said that he did cry when Akshay left.. may be the little birdie got confused😆

Yes. He wants to see Shiv marrying Anandi on Balika Vadhu.

He has been stressed with this conflict of interest which has taken a toll on him.
