Some questions:

2)Have you read Dan Brown's novels? Which one is the best according to you?
Yes I have read all his books. The best were The Da Vinci Code and Angels and demons.  Digital Fortress and Deception point were ok.  I just could not relate to Lost Symbol.

Dan Brown is a very clever writer.  I actually think Lost Symbol is his best book.  I loved it.  A lot to learn from that book if you have patience to get by the dry/weird parts.

Among all his books, I liked the Deception point. Others were also interesting but weird parts were there. Deception points had less riddles.

Uma aunty... Regarding Ram...I have always this confusion that he did so much to bring back his wife (I am not Hindu but I read easy version of Ramayan once when I was in school, I have forgotten mostly though) but when finally he got her why he sent her away, this really surprised me...!!!

Why is the people of country's concern at all that queen is innocent by character or not??? Isn't this a matter regarding Ram Sita's personal life??

If he was the king, he could take any decision, so why support those r wrong instead of the person (Sita) he believed??

He wanted to give up his throne cause his parents demanded it, but at the moment when poeple were asking 4 the proof of Sita's innocence, couldn't he give up his throne to protect her???

Sorry my knowledge regarding Ramyan is very limited...!!! Correct me if I am wrong about anything pls..!!! Embarrassed

Ooo! Book discussion party! Yippee!

I must check out Judith McNaught... I love BBC's P & P adaptation too but the movie version is passe... 2 hours cant do it justice (neither can Keira Knightley but let's skip that)... I suspect Pride and Prejudice is a 1.0 version M&B but since it's labelled a "classic", there's no embarassment in owning up to liking it LOL

And where can I find a daughter of my own? I want one too to share my books and watch serials with!

I might be the only one who has children's books on her re-read list... Anne of Green Gables series, Heidi, Pollyanna, What Katy did etc... Comfort reads like comfort foods!
