It snow whole night and then rain...it's messy

Arey but after snow ..when it rains..it is mess with mud and slippery roads...
We have to get winter tires...in Winter...This tires have studs on it ..so the car wont slip on ice or snow..while driving. There is time frame to have them on car...from November to April. Rest of the months if we have them..they can damage roads..So we have to remove it by April..if they find the tires still on..they fine us
