Just read abt u.. Why don't u meet the boy and tell him that u aren't prepared for marriage as yet. I believe the final decision will be yours. At least I hope so.
U know I have an exact story. I was 21 when my parents asked me to meet a guy. I kept refusing as I had just started my post grad and my parents kept telling that its excellent boy n family who will encourage ur studies n career. I kept telling them that I wasn't mentally prepared for that step yet. But finally to keep their word I met the boy. He was really nice and sweet n ready to wait for 2 years for marriage .. So he insisted on meeting again.. Bcoz he was nice I couldn't even refuse as he had asked me to give it a thought .. Finally the 3rd time I met him I told him that he was really nice but I was not even ready for engagement coz for me it wasn't anything symbolic .. It wa a commitment which I couldn't do at that time. Finally my parents accepted my decision as even after meeting 3 times , I stuck to what I had said.
I got married at 23 but then I was mentally prepared .. I had completed my studies n was waiting for my results.. Results were announced after marriage ...
It's not abt early or late .. Marriage should happen when u r prepared for it. It's a big commitment and many things change after marriage.
