J is more competent as a doctor but LS looks like he has got more administrative skills than J.

I think A needs to enlighten S abt LS's contribution and S will surely convince her abt J being more competent as a proffessional.And they can come out with a joint sol.But I doubt it will go down J's throat.He already considers himself hospital ka owner and since his life is in a topsy-tervy on proffesional front...his aim will be his career.Getting back the hospital will surely be his target.
