Veda's are the starting points as well as building blocks of life as per Hinduism...there 's not an answer..that u cannot find in Vedas..
Brahma is supposed to be the one who wrote vedas...
A person who is learnt Vedas is a Vidwan...in real sense...In ancient India., its the Brahmin community who used to study Vedaas...
Vedavathi means...she who can verse vedaas..
in other words...as Vedo said...a thoroughly knowledgable woman.
